by Lifestyle

We know that back to school season can be a stressful time of year. Getting into the swing of a new routine is tough, and we often forget to keep up with our self-care. We’ve created 4 DIY face masks (plus a body scrub) that will help you destress and feel fresh, even with a jam-packed schedule. The best part? You can find most of these ingredients lying around the kitchen!

4 Easy DIY Face Masks (+ a Bonus Body Scrub)

1. Glow on the Go

The first of our 4 DIY face masks is sure to give your skin the perfect glow. Papaya has exfoliating enzymes that will dissolve dry skin, while the A, C, E, and B vitamins in aloe hydrate and soothe. Cacao brightens and boosts circulation for plump and pillowy skin. You’ll be wishing you tried this years ago!

  3. Rinse the mask off with warm water and pat skin dry with a clean towel.
  4. Don’t forget to moisturize!

2. Rejuvenating Yogurt Toner

Prepare to be amazed by how well this mask improves uneven skin texture and tone! The lactic acid in yogurt lifts away rough and lackluster surface skin cells, while honey is filled with skin-softening properties. Adding turmeric will help combat dark spots and pigmentation. Warning: you may find yourself taking too many selfies after using this mask.
