Carmen Covert says:

I’m having trouble getting the system to print a complete recipe and sometimes it prints a recipe that is not on the screen or a partial recipe!

Jacqueline says:

Make sure you click “Print Recipe” on the bottom right of each recipe box. When you do that, you’ll have 4 options to choose from (Print Recipe, Copy recipe, Save PDF, and Send to e-mail). Does that work?

amanda says:

every recipe i try to print is the one for the avocado cupcakes. I’ve tried the quinoa recipe, the smoothie recipe, the soup recipe etc. When i click “print recipe” all of them come up as the cupcake recipe.

Jacqueline says:

Noted! Our tech teams are hard at work to fix this problem. We’ll let you know when everything’s up and running smoothly.

Jacqueline says:

Hi there, Mary! Turns out you need to clear the cache (history) on your computer. Then, printing should work!

Mary H says:

I thought several of these looked very good. Unfortunately whenever I clicked on “print recipe,” it always gave me the same recipe — the first one, not the others that I wanted. Also I would have liked an easily reproduced recipe for #3 (Gorgeous Green Farro Bowl) and #8 (Brown Rice Bibimbap) — though I could follow them to the main recipes and print out those pages with all the photos. That just required a lot of color ink to print. But I do appreciate the email.

Jacqueline says:

Mary, we’re on it! We’ll let you know when the problem is fixed so you can print out the recipes you like 🙂

Beverly says:

Your site came up on my computer.(1) Do I order what I want or do you pack and deliver products that you choose with each order? (2) What is your required method of payment? (3) How often can I make orders? (4) How do I get recipes? Are they free?

Jacqueline says:

Hi Beverly,

You choose the meals and we pack up all the ingredients and recipes and deliver it to you! That way, you can focus on the fun part: cooking! For more information about payment, ordering, and recipes, head over to
our website. We would love to have you as part of the HelloFresh family!

Happy Cooking,
Jacqueline

Julie Robinson says:

I got two weeks of your meals(3 meals for two) as a birthday gift. I haven’t tried anything yet, but I’m getting my first order next week. I will say I was VERY disappointed to find that you don’t offer VEGAN options. I know quite a few more folks who would love this(including myself) if there were vegan meal options for those of us who do NOT eat animal products.
Please consider this for future recipes.

Jacqueline says:

As of right now, we are still working on a certified vegan box. All of our meals are clearly marked if they are Vegan. If they are not, substituting and omitting is easy as everything is packaged separately. We have plenty of very happy Vegan customers! In case you have more specific questions about how HelloFresh meals could work for your diet, feel free to email our nutritionist at nutrition@hellofresh.com.

Leslie Weinberg says:

My husband & I raise peaches. This would have been a GREAT article IF you had it up in August, when there are peaches.

Today is October 1…..OCTOBER. The chances of finding peaches that are still fit to eat is very slim at best (we have our last peaches of the year that are still decent to eat at our farmstand…….around 10 half bushels, & that’s it).

Not helping a lot of folks here…..need to check the article scheduling.

Jordan Schultz says:

Hi Leslie! Thanks for the feedback– This blog post was actually published mid-August, during peach season.

GERLINDE BECHTLOFF says:

I have been enjoying your meals, however, they cost me $12/meal and I have all the work and prefer different meat sometimes. For instance, sirloin is hard for me to digest…I prefer rib eye steak or filet mignon. I prefer fish one a week, salmon or flounder preferably. No unusual spices that change the flavor…like we had last week. Anyway, how can I get these changes implemented?

Jacqueline says:

Thanks for the feedback, Gerlinde! Unfortunately, we don’t offer any plans tailored to specific dietary requests, but you can always make meal choice each week to ensure you get what you like!

Jacqueline says:

Thanks for the tip, Gerlinde!

Gregory Munder says:

Happy Cooking (and Drinking 🙂 )

YOU’RE wonderful!

Angela Murrell says:

I was wondering if you can put bananas in the water if infuse that banana taste? Please email answer to tish240@hotmail.com.. Thank you!

Barbara West says:

Thank you for this beautiful & sensible recipe. Those of you making infused water – PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY!!! You cannot overstate this as the possibility of bacterial growth, especially botulism, in infused water or oil if instructions is possible and the health consequences can be severe. The method given here is safe and in line with the CDC guidelines. Thank you again for a beautiful and safe recipe!

Jacqueline says:

Barbara – so happy you enjoyed this post!

Susan M. says:

Some of the recipes are gluten free and some are not. It doesn’t appear that there is a choice to go all gluten free. I have to be. What is your recommendation please.

Jacqueline says:

Hi Susan,

Ingredient transparency is incredibly important to us, and we set out to make sure you know exactly what’s in your food. While we don’t offer a gluten free plan, we do try to include 2-3 gluten free meals per week. All GF recipes are clearly marked as such, and you’ll have access to this information as well as the full recipe itself even before checkout. Otherwise, substituting and omitting is super easy, as everything is packaged and labeled separately. You’ll also see a full ingredients list and nutritional breakdown for each recipe on our website before you choose your meals.

If you have further questions about how HelloFresh can work for your dietary needs, please feel free to reach out to our dietitian Rebecca at nutrition@hellofresh.com! You can also email us at hello@hellofresh.com or call us at (800) 733-2414. We’d be more than happy to chat with you!

Heidi vanwyngaarden says:

You should be careful if you take medicine to double check with your doctor or pharmacist that any fruit, herb, or vegetable infused in your water is safe to drink as there are contradictions and dangerous side effects that may happen if taken to closely together.

Jordan Schultz says:

Good thinking Heidi!
