Carmen Covert says:

I’m having trouble getting the system to print a complete recipe and sometimes it prints a recipe that is not on the screen or a partial recipe!

Jacqueline says:

Make sure you click “Print Recipe” on the bottom right of each recipe box. When you do that, you’ll have 4 options to choose from (Print Recipe, Copy recipe, Save PDF, and Send to e-mail). Does that work?

amanda says:

every recipe i try to print is the one for the avocado cupcakes. I’ve tried the quinoa recipe, the smoothie recipe, the soup recipe etc. When i click “print recipe” all of them come up as the cupcake recipe.

Jacqueline says:

Noted! Our tech teams are hard at work to fix this problem. We’ll let you know when everything’s up and running smoothly.

Jacqueline says:

Hi there, Mary! Turns out you need to clear the cache (history) on your computer. Then, printing should work!

Mary H says:

I thought several of these looked very good. Unfortunately whenever I clicked on “print recipe,” it always gave me the same recipe — the first one, not the others that I wanted. Also I would have liked an easily reproduced recipe for #3 (Gorgeous Green Farro Bowl) and #8 (Brown Rice Bibimbap) — though I could follow them to the main recipes and print out those pages with all the photos. That just required a lot of color ink to print. But I do appreciate the email.

Jacqueline says:

Mary, we’re on it! We’ll let you know when the problem is fixed so you can print out the recipes you like 🙂

Can these be part of the weekly options ? Would love it!

Jacqueline Parisi says:

Well now we’re blushing, Anna… thank you! We’ll be sure to pass this feedback along to our chefs.

Tom Coats says:

I prefer soups with meat and tomatoes with a hearty broth. Of these four choices, the only one I would attempt to try would be the minestrone.

Jacqueline Parisi says:

Tom – I have a feeling this chicken soup would be right up your alley!

Joann says:

I love them all. Can they be sent to me already cooked

Glesi says:

Number 4 sounds and looks great, I would make that one for sure. Not into peas, so….the others are out…

Jacqueline Parisi says:

Feel free to omit peas from the minestrone, Glesi! Zucchini would taste great in its place.

Brad says:

Great article with beautiful photos, thanks! But I have to correct you that searing does NOT “lock in the juices as it cooks.” That’s an old myth many times disproven.

Jordan Schultz says:

Interesting. Thanks for sharing that, and for your kind words, Brad!

Elizabeth Sherwood says:

I have had some issues with the steaks provided through Hello Fresh. I would love to get one good sized steak, whatever cut in may be, cook it properly then divide it onto two plates. What I’ve been getting lately are two paper thin steaks that are impossible to cook to rare with a sear. I have resorted to sous vide to tenderize, then I brown them quickly and slice against the grain to serve. Still disappointing. I’m avoiding any choice lately that has “steak” in its title. My daughter has the same complaint. Otherwise I’m a long term happy customer!

Jacqueline Parisi says:

Noted, Elizabeth! Thank you so much for the feedback. We take it very seriously and will be sure to pass this along to our culinary team.

Derek Dewitt says:

I’ve been put in charge of cooking dinner tonight so this is exactly what I needed. I like that you suggest letting the meat sit while it cooks a bit and absorbs the juices. I’ll have to try this and hope it the steak isn’t dry like last time. Thanks for the help!

There is a new pan i just tired and it was amazing. I cooked a ried Salmon and the flavor was amazing and was crispy crust like fresh out the oven. You can check it out. https://quickypan.com/
