Even the most classic, early-morning staples like oats need a facelift every now and then. And in this recipe, the combo of peanut butter, dried cranberries, and chocolate definitely does the trick.

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • 1 3/4 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries, chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • Extra Chocolate Chips, Dried Cranberries, Chopped Pecans (for rolling)

Here’s what you’ll do: 

1. In a large bowl, mix together oats, chopped pecans, chocolate chips, dried cranberries, cinnamon, and coconut flour.

3. Gradually add honey, stirring until the mixture is thick and sticky.
