Feel free to nosh on these beauties for breakfast, make them for lunch, or chow down on them as a snack. All you need is a hearty loaf of your favorite bread, a few key ingredients, and a blender. Ready, set, GO!

1. Beetroot Spread with Parsley

Blend 1 cup cooked beets, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup tahini, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Slather on toast and garnish with chopped parsley.

2. Cream Cheese, Tomato, and Basil

No recipe necessary. Just a generous spread of cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, torn basil, finely chopped chives, and a dusting of salt and pepper for good measure.

3. Sun-Dried Tomato Spread with Parsley

Blend 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, and 2 cloves garlic. Garnish with chopped parsley, and proceed to eat devour.

4. Green Pea Puree with Feta and Mint

Blend 1 cup cooked peas, 1/4 cup veggie stock, salt, and pepper. Layer on toast and top with crumbled feta, cooked whole peas, and chopped mint.

5. Sour Cream, Mushrooms, and Cumin
