Feel free to nosh on these beauties for breakfast, make them for lunch, or chow down on them as a snack. All you need is a hearty loaf of your favorite bread, a few key ingredients, and a blender. 1. Beetroot Spread with Parsley
Blend 1 cup cooked beets, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup tahini, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Slather on toast and garnish with chopped parsley.
2. Cream Cheese, Tomato, and Basil
No recipe necessary. Just a generous spread of cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, torn basil, finely chopped chives, and a dusting of salt and pepper for good measure.
