Claudia Sidoti

Claudia is Head Chef and Head of Recipe Development at HelloFresh. At the helm of HelloFresh’s test kitchen, she leads a team of seasoned recipe developers to create simple, delicious meals that home cooks can make in 30 minutes or less. She brings more than three decades of experience to HelloFresh and has done it all in the culinary space, from catering and food styling to writing. Hailing most recently from Food Network, she launched the brand’s magazine and served as test kitchen director for eight years, contributing more than 3,000 recipes. Previously, she launched catering company Beauty & the Feast and has helped companies like Cosi and Panera Bread grow their catering division. Claudia started her culinary career at age 19 as the youngest female chef and restaurant owner in New York City at Onini Restaurant.
