2. Farmer’s Market Lobster Roll

“Some of my fondest memories of summer are of those spent in Maine. Nothing beats sitting dockside and devouring a freshly made lobster roll on a perfectly toasted & buttered split top bun except for the time shopping at local farm-stands for seasonal produce that was almost too beautiful to eat! This lobster roll celebrates the bounty of summer and the best of both land and sea!”

This simple recipe always brings me back to the perfect roll served made-to-order at a small family run fish market on the coast of Martha’s Vineyard. It’s best enjoyed served on a butter soaked paper plate with a ½ dozen freshly shucked oysters on the side.”
