You’ve likely already seen it in hummus, and maybe even in salad dressings. But today, we’re talking smoothies. Because what most people don’t realize is that tahini also happens to lend an irresistible creaminess to your favorite fruit and veggie blends.
1. Pink Tahini Smoothie
Banana and tahini work double duty to make this pretty-in-pink smoothie extra creamy.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries
- 1/4 Cup Tahini
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend, blend blend! Add more almond milk if too thick.
