Spring is in the air, which means more seasonal produce is on the way, and we could not be more excited. Get ready for recipes full of all sorts of delicious, fresh vegetables, like peas, artichokes, and ramps. But today we’re here to talk about one of our all-time favorite spring veggies: asparagus.

Asparagus is super versatile. Serve it up in pasta, a frittata, or simply roasted as a side. It cooks up super quickly, which is extra points in our book.

And in case you didn’t already know, asparagus is super healthy. It’s chock-full of fiber, folate, and vitamins A, C, E, and K, and high in antioxidants that may help slow the aging process.
