by Our Recipes

As you may have heard, HelloFresh is super excited to be partnering with The Weinstein Company for the premiere of Burnt, starring Bradley Cooper.   The movie, in theaters October 23rd, stars Cooper as Adam Jones, a two-star Michelin chef risking everything to earn his third star and respect in the industry.

Burnt is about top chefs and impressive food, so how could we not be inspired to create our own special menu to represent the movie?  Next week, we are extremely excited to share a completely revamped display of recipes that are influenced by Bradley’s character and the movie itself.  So, as you get ready to watch food come to life on the big screen, whip up something special in your own kitchen to get in the mood.

So what’s so amazing this week?  Maybe we should start with our delicious and seasonal Risotto, classically decadent with butternut squash and sage, prepared with patience and dedication just like the pros.  Garnished with pumpkin seeds, this risotto has the potential to steal the spotlight.

In the mood for yummy fish?  Look no further, because we have a Sole en Papillote that will knock your socks off.  Cooking en papillote” is a French technique in which food is cooked inside a parchment or foil envelope. The envelope traps all the flavors, resulting in a moist, delicious dish.

In addition to this incredible menu, keep an eye out for a surprise in your box next week!  Marcus Wareing, the celebrity chef consult who worked on Burnt, shares a special recipe for you to try outside of your typical HelloFresh delivery.

Happy Cooking!
