You get home from a long day of work and are greeted by your HelloFresh box at your front stoop. You think to yourself, “These recipes are great, but how healthy are they really? I’ve never even heard of some of these ingredients before. Will I even want to try them?”

Well now, there is no need for such qualms! As HelloFresh’s Nutrition Nerd, I, Christina, will be enlightening you every Monday morning with a few fun nutrition tidbits, key nutrients in the upcoming week’s recipes and overall health advice. To wrap up the week, I will be leaving you with a few feel-good tips for the weekend and how to maintain your health kick from earlier in the week!
