This Mother’s Day, we’re offering two spring-themed brunch options, plus a few excellent extras to turn your meal into a true smorgasbord. We know that every year she insists on “just a card,” but this thoughtful experience means spending quality time over some delicious, home-cooked food … and what mom could possibly say no to that?! You’ll choose from a sweet and a savory option on your main menu, plus tasty sides like cinnamon rolls, breakfast sausage links, and caramel cheesecakes from the HelloFresh Market. Add to cart, whip up a few MOMosas (recipe for this DIY bubbly drink included on a recipe card), and enjoy hanging with the most important lady in your life.

If you know mom at all, you know her food preferences. If she tends to snack on salty chips over ice cream, our savory option is definitely for her: Cheesy Bacon & Asparagus Strata with Tuscan Home Fries & Balsamic Arugula Salad. We’re talking about a fluffy, eggy bake studded with crisp bacon and peak-season asparagus with a big ol’ blanket of cheese on top. For some delicious contrast, the strata is topped with a balsamic-dressed salad of juicy tomatoes and peppery arugula. On the side, there’s herby potatoes with basil mayo for dunking. It doesn’t get much better than that.
If mom’s got a sweet tooth or simply loves a balance of sweet and savory (“pancakes for the table, anyone?”), this option is the way to go: Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Syrup & Crème Fraîche plus a Spinach Blood Orange Salad. The pillow-soft flapjacks are truly gourmet, made with ricotta, crème fraîche, and a touch of fresh lemon juice and zest. (Mind = blown.) On top, there’s crunchy walnuts, a warm cherry syrup, and a slightly sweet, slightly tangy lemon crème fraîche. That’s not all—you’ll also be making a spinach salad with blood oranges, toasty almonds, and feta. Did we mention this comes together in under an hour?
Want to turn your Mother’s Day Brunch into a full-blown feast? Yeah, we thought so, and that’s why we’re offering a few awesome extras that’ll make the meal even more magnificent. When you check out, add a tube of Annie’s Cinnamon Rolls, a pack of Pork Breakfast Sausage, or four personal-sized Salted Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecakes (…or all three).
