You’ll not only learn a lot about Italy and it’s history, but your tastebuds will discover the diversity of ingredients and flavors that this wonderful country has to offer.

This week, one of the dishes you’ll be trying is Steak Tagliata, from Tuscany. This region is known for its rolling hills of Chianti vineyards, as well as it’s beautiful coastal towns. This dish is a staple on many menus you’ll find throughout this idyllic region full of culinary tradition.

Tagliata is the Italian name for a simply seared and sliced steak. Traditionally it’s served with a drizzle of olive oil infused with fresh herbs, which accents the flavor of the meat without overpowering it. This is simple Tuscan cooking at its finest- we know you’ll love it!

So, sit back, relax, and enjoy this wonderful dish. But don’t get too comfortable – we’ve got more regions to discover this month, and you won’t want to miss them!
