Some of your information on pre workout is incorrect. Eating before exercise in the morning is not critical, and for some is actually beneficial to their body type/activity level.

Very disappointed! We ordered our Holiday meal in enough time for Christmas. When it didn’t arrive at the scheduled time. We had to call Hello Fresh twice for them to tell us UPS reschedule the delivery for Monday the 24th and that the food wouldn’t be edible. Would be nice if they could give me a list of ingredients and directions so I could at least wing it!!

Hello, love all these ideas but especially the chips! I am not a fan of beets since childhood (my Mother served them pickled, ick!) but am willing to try again. So for the chips, are they raw when you put them on the cookie sheet? Or do you boil/roast them first as you described? Please advise, I’m buying some beets today!! Thanks!
