Carmen Covert says:

I’m having trouble getting the system to print a complete recipe and sometimes it prints a recipe that is not on the screen or a partial recipe!

Jacqueline says:

Make sure you click “Print Recipe” on the bottom right of each recipe box. When you do that, you’ll have 4 options to choose from (Print Recipe, Copy recipe, Save PDF, and Send to e-mail). Does that work?

amanda says:

every recipe i try to print is the one for the avocado cupcakes. I’ve tried the quinoa recipe, the smoothie recipe, the soup recipe etc. When i click “print recipe” all of them come up as the cupcake recipe.

Jacqueline says:

Noted! Our tech teams are hard at work to fix this problem. We’ll let you know when everything’s up and running smoothly.

Jacqueline says:

Hi there, Mary! Turns out you need to clear the cache (history) on your computer. Then, printing should work!

Mary H says:

I thought several of these looked very good. Unfortunately whenever I clicked on “print recipe,” it always gave me the same recipe — the first one, not the others that I wanted. Also I would have liked an easily reproduced recipe for #3 (Gorgeous Green Farro Bowl) and #8 (Brown Rice Bibimbap) — though I could follow them to the main recipes and print out those pages with all the photos. That just required a lot of color ink to print. But I do appreciate the email.

Jacqueline says:

Mary, we’re on it! We’ll let you know when the problem is fixed so you can print out the recipes you like 🙂

Christine says:

How many cookies does one batch of dough make?

Jacqueline Parisi says:

Good question, Christine! The cookie dough base recipe yields 12 cookies, so if you divide that in four for each flavor combo, then you’ll get 3 cookies/flavor (3 white chocolate, 3 honey butterscotch, 3 gingerbread and spice, and 3 chocolate peppermint). So of course, we’d recommend doubling (or tripling) the recipe for good measure 🙂 Happy holidays!

Kay says:

Can I use regular sugar instead of corn syrup?

Anne says:

Hello fresh should have a holiday cookie box. You guys prepare the dough and send in box with all additional ingredients. I love making holiday cookies, but dread making the dough. Unless I am reading this post incorrectly, these are just the recipes?

Jordan Schultz says:

Great idea, but yes, these are just the recipes!

Loretta Damron says:

Dear HelloFresh:

While I very much enjoy and appreciate your meals and your recipes, I must tell you that you are doing your company no favors by floating “holiday cookie” recipes while avoiding the reason for the season. The holiday in question is Christmas and your lack of engagement with the actual holiday that is being celebrated is noted and not appreciated. Many nationalities around the world celebrate the CHRISTMAS holiday with special CHRISTMAS cookies and other dishes. True that not every one of your customers is a Christian or celebrates Christmas. But you should perhaps remember that those of us who ARE Christians and/or who do celebrate CHRISTMAS do so with recipes that are about CHRISTMAS and not just some generic “holiday”.

Please reconsider your approach to celebrating Christmas with your customers.

Hi Loretta! Our readers come from all different backgrounds and celebrate many different holidays. We want everyone to be able to enjoy a sweet, homemade treat this holiday season, regardless of what they celebrate. We appreciate your feedback and are so happy to have you cooking with us 😊

Marg Schirm says:

Cookie batter is such a great idea especially at Christmas time.
